I got reply from my supervisor yesterday. Hence, it make me totally out of world. Even I don't know what is my doubt about the topic. Thinking as I have got back my old disease--> BLUR!
This i am quoting from his email :
Dear Raziedah,
assalamua alaykum.
upon reading your preliminary thought, i feel you need to slightly modify your line of thinking. instead of telling "STUDY ON MALAYSIAN COMPANIES TURN-AROUND IN MANAGE & REINVEST FOR TECHNOLOGY", you can think in this direction: role of technological resources in devising and implementing turn-around strategies: Malaysian cases.
here, you will have to
1. identify some (perhaps, successfu) turn-around cases of malaysian companies [selecting cases from at least two types of company will be a very good idea for comparison]
2. investigate how technological resources were used for turning around in different cases;
3. based on the investigation of 2nd point you can identify similarities and dissimilarities of technological roles across different cases and companies
think through these lines and see what you can do.
Hahahahahakz... anyone understand this?

Really piss off!
I sent my brother to hospital today because of vomiting unstop. Because he has record in hospital due to colon problem and appendices thus we all worried on his condition as that happen every two days.
But hospital is like kindergarten! A relative of "MONKEY" coming to the hospital visiting or sending who the king is but letting their "CHIPMUNKS" running in mad and bothering people. Make sick people get worse even the patients' companion get headache.
The guard adviced them twice but the "MONKEY" speak no language hence they just ignore it. So can't stand with the situation i speak out. Actually not only me feel the "ZOO" air in hospital but others too. They gave sneaky eyes but the "MONKEY" thought we love the drama. With proud the "MONKEY MOTHER" said to people: They are my grandchildren. WHAT A DUMB!
When i speak out and hold the "CHIPMUNKS" the "MONKEY MOTHER" comes to me and barking!
They think that is their house. Really MONKEY RELATIVE!

Study (library environment)
I owed all my readers the two previous topic. I do remember it but just not in time of elaborating it. I am in the midst of tests, assignments, projects and dissertation. Not to forget my responsibility at work and family.
But, today my mind told me to write what it was thinking at this moment on sudden. Even this is second time I am writing it down. I am in the library and as usually happenned, the WIFI connection get terminated without notice.
This place is totally peaceful with lots of empty seat. Everytime I be here, it remembered me of my alma mater which is totally different. Before the opening hour, students are waiting outside. I do remember there is time, i couldn't get seat as all is occupied (even the leisure reading area!!).
My first semester in this university, ( I am pursuing my partime master at diferent university from my undergraduate time) this phenomenon is big shock to me. The big library but number of free seats. I don't know if my previous place is having less seat than here. But it seem relevance as in the previous university, number of courses offered is less than here. This university is times older than my previous place.
Share with you, one story of my friend during my undergrads time. She was locked in the library because of studying with earphone plugged to ear. The other different between the other two in time break. My old place, the librarian have to close the library between time near to maghrib and will be reopened about 8pm. Thus students are lining up waiting to enter the place twice; morning and for reopen period. Yes, the librarian will make announcement 10 minutes before the closure but she only hear her walkman and focused to the book. Lucky, it was the break time. Can't imagine if it was the night closure hence, she will make history or will be cinderella of library ( i guess! doing the cleaning before the morning opening)
This new place has better book and more books, journals and reading materials compare to the previous. But as I mention before, this place is rather older than my previous. But the best here compare to my previous (other than the empty seats here) is the number of pc, internet connectivity and 24/7 study area down level. Here the number of pc provided for internet browing for students without laptop in countable and new. I seldomly saw people having problem or myself having problem in finding pc if come here without laptop. The internet connection is always ON (even sometime there is lag and break connectivity like i faced just now). Here study still can come to the library to have peaceful time doing homework or revision because of provision of study room down level. But yet student can get enter the library to have book, yet they still can get access to online database. For me that is more than great!
Whatever the good or the bad, library is still the best. Not because of I love reading (yet I am!) but the place itself. Please who are saying to stop study or tired of it ( i used to have the same tought after graduate) but my accident idea pursing study is never a regret. If before I used to blame management of their system or get hate with my bossy bos, now i get the reason of the culture and situation. Moreover, now i know how to adapt with the situation and be in the enhancement process of the new system.
Notes: I am continuing my master different with my first degree. Need to stop and read back my textbook. I have Organization Development test next week. It was great subject but real tough. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME.

Share your email
Email... well it is the common and the most easy way of communicating. But sometime get annoyed with it. I used to get the same email in a day from different friend which located at different place and do not knowing to each other. Sometime it is so funny.
I don't want to continue lots on mumbling about it. Rather forwarding my daily best email, i think better to share it in the blog. People who love it will take and read it, people who don't just ignore it. No harm to people nor animal! (hehehehehe)
Here one of it. Sorry i haven't yet translate it (maybe in the future)

Recalling the past
Brain get blocked! Recalling the past seem like digging big hole for myself. Too much pain and regret. But not today, i dig it purposely.
Why we always "create" sadness to the peaceful life? Do we realize most of the time, the bad, the dull days and the pain in life actually was "pray" by ourself?
Then what we do? Most Psychiatrist advice to be positive and forget the past. The best cure, keep smiling and forgiving all people who make the pain. But, in the real life, can we do it? Most of us will answer "YES!". However I do believe more than half of the people are hypocrite and TRY REAL HARD to mean what their saying.
It is not easy, i am going through it..

Muhammad (PBUH) is prophet of all
I think this is IMPORTANT to share with all.
Prophet Muhammed in Hindu Scriptures
By Prof. Pundit Vaid Parkash, Translated by Mir Abdul Majeed
http://www.beautifulislam.net/buddhism/buddhist_scripture_about_muhammad.htm
What Buddhist Scripture Says About Muhammadtaken from www.themodernreligion.com
The Buddha leader Gautama, has prophesized the coming of an inspired person. In the Gospel of Buddha by Caras (pp. 217-8) it is written that this great Buddha will come to the world known as the "Maitreya". The Cakkavatti-Sihanada Suttana gives him the name "Metteyya". Both these words mean "The Merciful One". By reference to the life-history of Muhammad (p.b.u.h.), it can be seen that he was indeed extremely merciful and the Al-Qur'an also refers to this fact.
There are further similarities, as the Buddhist Scripture reads: "His (Maitreya) disciples will number many thousands, while mine number many hundreds".
It is a known fact that with Muhammad (p.b.u.h.) were thousands followers. There are further similarities, which will be elucidated below.
In the Gospel of Buddha (by Carus - p214), an enlightened Buddah is described as having a very bright skin and that, a Buddha attains supreme insight at night time, he dies naturally at night, looks very bright before his death, and finally, after his death he ceases to exist on the earth. All these points can be applied to the holy prophet of Islam. (Read his life story).
In Si-Yu-Ki, Vol I, p.229, it is written that "... no words can describe the personal beauty of Maitreya".
Again we leave it up to you to examine the history of Islam in detail; both muslims and nonmuslims are almost unanimous in asserting that Muhammad (p.b.u.h.) was very handsome and beautiful indeed.
Si-Yu-Ki Vol I. (p.229) further reads "..the exquisite voice of the Bodhisattva (Maitreya) is soft and pure and refined; those who listen can never tire, those who hear are never satiated."
The Arabic language is remarkable for its beauty. Furthermore, the holy Qur'an is considered a work of the highest unique literary merit by friend and foe alike.
Buddhist Scriptures have defined further characteristics of Buddha. In order to qualify for the Maitreya, he must satisfy those conditions.
A Buddha must be a human being - not a diety. A Buddha must have five special gifts, viz. The gift of treasure, the gift of child, the gift of wife, the gift of rule (i.e. leaderhip, headstatesman) and the gift of life and limb. In addition, the Buddha would be teacherless, i.e. without any form of formal education. Gautama has also stressed that the Buddha is simply a man, salvation depends only on an individuals deeds, the Buddha can only preach - he does not have the claim of being in part supernatural.
The characteristics above are all in accordance with the life of the Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h.).
Another similarity which should be mentioned is that for every enlightened Buddha, there is a special "Bo-tree". Some modern commentators believe that the "Bo-tree" of the Maitreya is a tree with hard or heay wood. The prophet (p.b.u.h.) had a tree at Hodebbeyyaa, which was the place of an important treaty. The Qur'an gives the name "Shajar" to this tree (Surah 48:Verse 18). "Shejar" according to some scholars refer to any tree with a hard stem.Again it is highly remarkable that such close similarity should exist.
This is not my research, i just searching in the internet when i found this.
I copy the article in here but i do attached the link thus any of you can asked the researcher.
By Prof. Pundit Vaid Parkash, Translated by Mir Abdul Majeed
The Last Kalki Autar (Messenger) that the Veda has foretold and who is waited on by Hindus is the Prophet Muhammed ibn Abdullah (saw)A recently published book in Hindi has raised a lot of hue and cry all over India. In the event of the author being Muslim, he would have been jailed AND a strict ban would have certainly been imposed on the printing and the publishing of the book.
The author of this important research work "Kalki Autar" i.e. "Guide and Prophet of whole universe" comes of a Bengali race and holds an important portfolio at Ilahabad University. Pundit Vaid Parkash is a Brahman Hindu and a well known Sanskrit scholar and research workder.
Pundit Vaid Parkash, after a great deal of toil and hard-work, presented the work to as many as eight great Pundits who are themselves very well known in the field of research in India, and are amongst the learned religious leaders. Their Pundits, after thorough study of the book, have acknowledged this to be true and authentic research work.
Important religious books of India mention the guide and prophet by the specific name of "Kalki Autar" it denotes the great man Muhammed (saw) who was born in Makkah. Hence, all Hindus where-ever they may be, should wait no longer for any other 'kalik autar' but to embrace Islam and follow in the footsteps of the last Messenger of Allah (swt) who was sent in the world about fourteen hundred years ago with a mission from Him and after accomplishing it has long ago departed this world. As an argument to prove the authenticity of his research, Pundit Vaid Parkash quotes from the Veda, a sacred book among Hindus:
1. Veda mentions that 'kalki autar' will be the last Messenger/Prophet of Bhagwan (Allah) to guide the whole world. Afer quoting this reference the Pundit Parkash says that this comes true only in the case of Muhammed (saw).
2. According to a prophecy of Hinduism, 'kalki autar' will be born in an island and that is the Arab territory which is known as 'jazeeratul Arab'.
3. In the 'sacred' book of Hindus the father's name of 'kalki autar' is mentioned as 'Vishnu Bhagat' and his mother's name as 'somanib'. In sanskrit, 'vishnu' stands for Allah (swt) and the literal meaning of 'bhagat' is slave.
'Vishnu Bhagat' therefore, in the Arabic language will mean Allah's slave (Abdullah). 'Somanib' in Sanskrit means peace and tranquilty which in arabic is denoted by the word 'Amina'. Whereas the last Messenger Muhammed's (saw) father and mother's names were Abdullah and Amina respectively.
4. In the big books of Hindus, it is mentioned that 'kalki autar' will live on olive and dates and he will be true to his words and honest. In this regard Pundit Parkash writes, "This is true and established only in the case of Muhammed (saw)".
5. Veda mentions that 'kalki autar' will be born in the respected and noble dynasty of his land. And this is also true as regards Muhammed (saw) as he was born in the respected tribe of Quraish who enjoyed great respect and high place in Makkah.
6. 'Kalki Autar' will be taught in the cave by Bhagwan through his own messenger. And it is very true in this matter. Muhammed (saw) was the only one person in Makkah who has taught by Allah's Messenger Gabriel in the cave of Hira.
7. It is written in the books which Hindus believe that Bhagwan will provide 'Kalki autar' with the fastest of a horse and with the help of which he will ride around the world and the seven skies/heavens. The riding on 'Buraq' and 'Meraj' by the Prophet Muhammed (saw) proves what?
8. It is also written in the Hindus' books that 'kalki autar' will be strengthened and heavily helped by Bhagwan. And we know this fact that Muhammed (saw) was aided and reinforced by Allah (swt) through His angels in the battle of Badr.
9. Hindus' books also mention that 'kalki autar' will be an expert in horse riding, arrow shooting, and swordsmanship. What Pundit Vaid Parkash comments in this regard is very important and worth attention and consideration. He writes that the age of horses, swords, and spears is long ago gone and now is the age of modern weapons like tanks, missiles, and guns, and therefore it will be unwise to wait for 'kalki autar' bearing sword and arrows or spears. In reality, the mention in our books of 'kalki autar' is clearly indicative of Muhammed (saw) who was given the heavenly book known as Al-Qur'an.

Financial
Today i wake up a bit early than yesterday. I got job to do. Accompany my mum to market to buy groceries and some household. It has been about 6months i quit that job. I just gave my mum monthly home contribution and never bother on how she spend it. What is always in taught is i broke up before it comes to another month's salary. Huhuhuhu.. I am terrible! :-(
However, today is new year and new experience. Last 6 months, RM500 is enough for 2 and half weeks household expenses for my family. But today my mum bought whole chicken, a pack of egg, sugar, detergent and some vegetables. And the total is nearly RM100. Can u imagine? For family of 4 with all in diet mood, the food enough for 3days only.
Everything get expensive nowadays. I believe my salary is increase only by 3% on last June 2010 but these items are increase more than 10%. So no wonder i feel i am broke before my next salary and i feel like it quite long time that i haven't go for shopping.
Is it our fault? What to do? Can't anyone realized it and make any necessary action? Have government feel the same as us the civilian?
